Element Chattanooga East

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to Element by Westin. This hotel is truly outstanding without a doubt, one of the best places to stay in Chattanooga. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The rooms are brand new, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, offering a modern and welcoming atmosphere for families. Every detail reflects quality and care.The breakfast experience was exceptional. It felt more like a gourmet restaurant than a typical hotel breakfast, with a chef preparing fresh, delicious options that made our mornings truly special. Above all, the service was impeccable. The staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.My family and I had a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.Special thanks to Brad Walker, who welcomed us so warmly and made our stay even more memorable.

I had an amazing stay at Element Chattanooga. The breakfast/restaurant was excellent, well stocked and a great way to start the day ! The lobby and bar area was very clean, modern and very inviting. Special shout-out to “Susannah” at the bar— she was very attentive, friendly and made the evening better with the great service. My room was also spacious, comfortable and well maintained. Overall I would absolutely stay there again. Highly recommended!

As a Bonvoy member I have high expectations of Marriott properties. This hotel exceeded them. The personal were so accommodating and kind, from the front desk person and friendly bartender to the girl working the made to order free breakfast station.. The room was spotless. The shower was hot and had fantastic water pressure. The bed was comfortable. The chili we had for dinner was yummy. The made to order eggs at the free breakfast we're delicious. I have only great things to say and would highly recommend Element Chattanooga East.

We stayed here on our way down to and up from Florida, from Indiana! Staff was amazing, very kind and got us in and out smoothly. The hotel is pet friendly, the pet fee is very fair! Rooms were SO cute, loved the kitchenette and large bathroom. Everything looked and smelled clean, without smelling like cleaning products. They were also very nice to our two dogs which always make me happy! Overall a great stay, breakfast was awesome too. We will deffinetly be back!

I stayed at the Element Chattanooga for the first time and honestly didn’t know what to expect, especially since it’s a pet-friendly property. I was completely blown away. The hotel was pristine clean—spotless in every area—and my room was one of my favorites I’ve stayed in across any Marriott brand. Spacious, modern, comfortable, and clearly very well cared for. You would never know pets are welcomed here, which says a lot about the standards they maintain. What really made the stay exceptional, though, was the people. Susan and Brad were absolute standouts. Warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel taken care of. That level of service makes all the difference and is rare to find consistently. The nightly complimentary charcuterie and wine was such a thoughtful touch and made the evenings feel relaxed and special—an unexpected perk that I genuinely looked forward to each night. I travel about 50% of the time and hold Marriott status, and I don’t say this lightly: this is one of my favorite Marriott properties I’ve stayed at. I will absolutely stay here again and will go out of my way to do so when I’m in the area. Highly recommend. Exceptional Stay and Outstanding Hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at Elements Hotel. Check in was super easy and the hotel was extremely clean. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was perfect for our young family. The beds were very comfortable and everything felt clean, modern, and well maintained. Breakfast was honestly the best we have ever had at a hotel. We will definitely stay at Elements again. It is now our favourite hotel.

I stayed at Element during the ice storm in Chattanooga. My room was perfect (studio room). I had refrigerator, stove top, microwave, filtered water. Bathroom large and spotless. Very clean, quiet and roomy. The breakfast (cook ready to cook for you) was anything you would want and it was delicious! Great staff and front office were very professional. I would stay again!

This hotel is phenomenal. The rooms are superior in cleanliness, the staff is welcoming and friendly, the breakfast features made to order omelets, fresh made pancakes, sausage, fruit, muffins, bagels, cereal, and more. The breakfast area is very well attended. Something for everyone! I also especially appreciate the in-room faucet filtered water tap. While we did not have pets with us, the hotel is pet friendly and some rooms are large enough to accommodate larger families. I typically stay at another boutique hotel in Chattanooga — Element exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone.
